Elemental Dragons

There is so much more to dragons than we can possibly know in this lifetime.  Like humans, they are complex beings with individual personalities, qualities, and characteristics belonging to various classifications of groups, clans, tribes, councils, roles, duties, and types.  They are guardians, companions, protectors, teachers, advisors, and the keepers of knowledge and wisdom. 

While the duties and purpose are clear…to aid in the ascension of humans through transmutation of energy…dragons have a multitude of roles and responsibilities in how that purpose is carried out from 4th dimensional elemental dragons to 9th dimensional Guardian Dragons.  Dragons that clear negative energy, provide inspiration, and watch over your spiritual metamorphosis.  Dragons that encourage you to embrace your power, assist in helping you along your spiritual path, and remove negative obstacles.  Dragons that purely exemplify unconditional love and tranquility. 

On the simplest of levels, I view dragons as operating within four main interconnecting energy domains:  the dimensional, the external, the internal, and the interdimensional.  These domains are specifically assigned to a grouping or caste of dragons.  For instance, the fourth dimensional elemental dragons oversee and maintain the dimensional domain; the ninth dimensional dragons oversee the interdimensional domain as they carry energy from the Divine Creator to the rest of the Universe. 

The Dimensional Domain consists of the energies of the physical 3D world.  The energies that impact our behavior, decisions, perspective, and mood.  Energies that help humanity or block the flow of energy to and from humanity.  Energies created by humanity, both positive and negative.  The very essence of nature and all energies connecting and interacting with it:  a symbiosis. 

For the sake of this post, I will focus on the elemental dragons.

The elemental dragons:  fire, water, earth, and air, work with us to remove obstacles, burn away negative energy, and help us be grounded so we can exist in an environment of positive energy and navigate the physical world to manifest our goals and dreams for spiritual growth.  As elemental dragons aid in our ascension, they work with the four elements as they use the natural energies of the earth.  Aside from the four elements, there are elemental dragons that possess more than one elemental gift such as fire and water dragons, earth and air dragons, and air and water dragons.

Many types of dragons have the ability to breathe fire.  However, not all dragons can. And then there are those who breathe water. The color of the fire denotes not only its intensity, but also its purpose on the spectrum of transmutation.  Fire dragons, specifically, have red and orange flames marking an intensity level that offers protection from negative energies and/or “obliterate” them so completely, it is returned to Source, which is usually under the discretion of the dragon.

I have experienced firsthand the immense power of dragon fire. I had a dream where I was with my family in a place I did not recognize.  It was a house, but it felt more like a vacation home like a timeshare or lodging resort.  As far as my family being present, I remember seeing my father, my wife, my older brother, and my nephew, who is at the time of this post, 9 years old.  Along with my family, there was this dark shadowy entity approximately the same physical size and dimension as my nephew.  In the dream, I viewed and understood the entity as some sort of negative attachment and so I began to wrestle with it.  A scrappy display of horseplay more than anything else.  The entity was elusive and wily.  Like trying to capture and hang onto an excitable dog.  Or at least, a dog that didn’t wish to be held and wiggled its way out of your embrace.  My family appeared to just stand and watch, seemingly unaffected by the struggle.  I was able to remove it from me and tossed it onto a couch.

I woke up from the dream and instinctually, while laying on my back, I raised my left hand to my face, cupped it with my fingers spread, and opened my mouth.  I visualized the dark entity that was inside me leave my body through my mouth with a long, extended exhale and into my hand.  I propped myself onto my left side with my elbow.  My eyes were closed the entire time as this process was happening.  I leaned over and into the palm of my hand, I let out another extended breath and unleashed the power of dragon fire from within me.  A black and blue flame that engulfed my entire hand. The dragon fire consumed the negative energy and burned it away in a matter of moments.

I could see and sense it disintegrate. Reduced beyond ash and particles, whisked away by the rising steam of the flames.  I laid back down and I felt as if a weight was lifted, accompanied by a calmness. A stillness.  There was also another feeling, and that was of cleansing and a surge of power that comes with great confidence and accomplishment.  As if I mastered a great and difficult skill.  Now I don’t think I accomplished a level of mastery in any particular skill, but that was the feeling I was experiencing. A sense of satisfaction in what just transpired.

The fire came from within me.  Guided or instructed to release from my Higher Self as I have come to understand.  A part of myself that is both dragon and Draconian.

Fire Dragons 

I am Fire 

My Soul ignites my Spirit 

My Spirit feeds my Soul 

My Breath releases 

My Fire transforms 

Rebirth 

I consume what is no longer needed  

Renew the spark of a faded ember 

Clear the trappings of the old 

Breathe into life the new 

Fire dragons are the master experts in clearing low vibrational energies:  fear, anxiety, self-doubt, hate, etc.  They also have a unique skill for traveling along your spiritual path to clear and remove obstacles before you reach that point in your timeline. They can erect a wall of fire that surrounds and protects you from situations bombarded by negative energies. 

In the hands (or mouth) of a fire dragon, dragon fire is very potent and powerful. Fire dragons are prideful and don’t take fools lightly. Energy cannot be destroyed or created, and so their fire transforms the energy into positive, high vibrational energy. It cleans and purifies. In a sense, the fire destroys the energy’s current state, properties, and purpose. Turning sadness into joy, boredom into playfulness, misunderstandings into cooperation. In that manner of speaking, dragon fire is capable of destroying dark entities as I have. 

Water Dragons 

I am Water 

I am the calm and the storm 

The comfort of Peace 

The destroyer of the Wicked 

I cleanse 

I purify 

I flow with grace 

The pace is of my choosing 

Peace in stillness.  Peace in motion. 

Turbulent my surface may be 

But the depths of my Soul is still

According to Diana Cooper who developed the Dragon Oracle cards and its companion book, "Dragons: Your Celestial Guardians" (2018), water dragons do not breathe fire. They are tranquil and gentle, but in no way are they any less powerful than their counterpart, the fire dragons, or their other elemental brethren and partners. Water, itself, is nourishing, peaceful, and still, but also a force of nature not to be underestimated. And so, water dragons are not to be reckoned with.

Where there is water, you may find a dragon as the rivers, streams, lakes, ponds, and oceans are their home. They cleanse and purify, washing away the old, stagnant, and negative energies that hold us back or slows us down or interferes with our progression. You may ask the water dragons to bless and purify you drinking water or your bath water or swimming pool. They also embody the properties and characteristics of water, navigating through the natural flow and current of energy. Their calming and soothing nature helps with tuning into your intuition and psychic ability, its healing properties relieves discomfort, and it allows you to flow along the current of your path to circumvent challenges and push pass obstructions.

Earth Dragons 

I ground all that was 

All that is 

All that will be 

I anchor the Soul and Spirit to the physical world 

I am the loving embrace of Gaia 

Its caretaker 

The tiller of the fields 

The nurturer of flowers, the trees, and the cultivation of her forests 

The mountains are my watchtowers 

The soil knows my steps 

The flowers know my breath 

Growth and nurture 

Into the earth old seeds must go 

From the earth new seeds must grow 

I watch over and protect until the time must come 

I do not yield to the world of Men 

Yet my purpose is for all 

Earth dragons are nurturing in ways that assists in and promotes growth. Whether that is in tending to nature, clearing and maintaining the ley lines, or watching over someone who is in a state of spiritual rest, the earth dragons hold a guardianship over the planet, particularly the land and soil.

As an earth elemental, the dragons can help ground you. They may urge you to take a walk or garden or even eat. Activities that settle us back into the human experience instead of being in the clouds or avoiding the human experience.

Our negative energies affect the ley lines and by calling on the earth dragons, they can work throughout the planet and even inside the planet to unblock the ley lines, dislodging the negative energy that clog up the natural energetic flow of Gaia.

Air Dragons 

Easy is my path along the breath of the world 

My course is purposeful and steadfast 

I allow perspective and insight to elevate 

I clear unwanted thoughts 

Clear unnecessary and harmful energy 

As long as it is not living in the hearts and minds of those who are unwilling to let go 

Those who are unknowingly hanging on 

In the sky, I am home 

From the touching of the earth and sea 

To the celestial depths of the Universe 

On the back of the wind, I bring in the new 

Energy of inspiration 

Of love 

Of hope 

Of renewal 

Air dragons elevate your viewpoint to see the situation from a wider-stance, from a higher perspective. Their dragon breath pushes and clears away low vibrational energies. The air dragons may also ignite a bit of a flame, if needed, to transmute the energies with a little more power behind it. Their purpose is to bring clarity, especially in the areas of truth and effective communication. When you feel the need to step outside to get fresh air, to clear the mind, or to think through a situation, the air dragons can assist and they can blow in new, high vibrational energies, inspiration, and a fresh outlook.

Their breath can also be calming and soothing. Just as slowing our breathing can help calm us down or relax us, the breath of air dragons adds to the process whether it's breathing exercises in meditation or breathing deeply to ground ourselves. This is their specialty.

The elemental dragons are always around and never far. When called upon, they can travel anywhere instantly either through portals or by their own power of flight. In aiding humans and Gaia, the elemental dragons work tirelessly for the benefit of all. Working in tandem with their brethren and other elemental beings, the dragons have become powerful allies in raising the consciousness of all souls on the planet.
