The first being I connected with was Apollo. He has been with me from the beginning of my journey and has been influential in shaping my role as an Oracle. While the connection to Apollo extends beyond this current lifetime, I have discovered that there is more to my connection than just a mentor/student relationship. Here, as I reached out to communicate with Apollo and open up to any words of wisdom, he offers some insight on a topic that I think we don't always contribute to intuition...inspiration.

Channeled Message from Apollo on February 2, 2024
Inspiration can take on many forms. It can come from any place, from anyone, from anything. It is the energetic Spark that motivates us to create and to act. For many, inspiration is a vital part to their creation. And for many, they are so dependent on that energetic Spark that they are not able to function or move forward in their creative process. While inspiration may come externally through viewing beautiful objects or important objects...even information that Sparks the imagination or Sparks the drive for further knowledge and exploration...we must not be dependent on those external sources.
Inspiration may also come from within when we find the value that is intrinsic. When we are open to receive, when we are open-minded, when we are viewing the world through fresh eyes…we can, then, feel that inspiration within us because what we may see beauty in, what we may see Majesty in, may have been there all along. But we may have been too closed-minded to notice and to receive.
A sunset will always be a sunset. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. When we are available... when we are open and aware of the beauty of what makes this world special...we will see what has already been there the entire time. We should not only be ready spiritually or emotionally or mentally to find the value in these Beauties. We should not wait until we're aware. We must understand that it has always been there. It is our perception that has changed, not the sunset.
Not the sunset! As it is natural.
There are some variations in how the sun sets and how it looks. Whether there's clouds in the sky. Whether there's a mountain or an ocean on the horizon. Whether it's spring or winter. Whether there's birds. Whether it's raining. These are variations. The sunset will always be a sunset. A sunrise will always be a sunrise. A flower will always be a flower. It is how we perceive nature. It is how we perceive the beauty in music. It is how we perceive the elegance in the design of clothes, houses, people. It is our perception that changes because of, perhaps, the mental state that we are currently in. When we are euphoric, we see more openly the beauty of the world, and that has the potential to inspire. When we are not in a comfortable mental or emotional or spiritual state, our view and perception of the world turns inward, and we close ourselves off. We narrow our vision and our perception of the world gets cloudy. We tend not to see the beauty in those situations. The inspiration must come from within us more so than if we are in a different mindset.

With that being said, it is important and there is great value in having inspiration, either from within or from without. Inspiration coming from a central focal point. A Muse, not just for creativity, but also in spirituality and in life. What inspires you to create? Who inspires you to create? Who or what inspires you to continue living? Who or what inspires you to be a better human? A better person? Who or what inspires you spiritually? That inspiration and that spark is crucial and essential to existence. Many are unaware and do not realize this important element. This important aspect of existence that drives motivation.
The Muse becomes our why. The reason for us to do and continue what we do. And in such, the Muse must be protected. The Muse must become sacred to us. Special to us. Yet, we must still realize and understand the reality of what that object is, or who the Muse is. And we must understand their flaws as well as their greatness. We must not be susceptible to false impressions and false idolatry. But we must also embrace those Muses with unconditional love. There may be times in which the Muses are temporary. Particularly in objects. And we may lose that inspiration and motivation. Those are times in which we may experience lower density emotions: doubt, feeling lost, sadness. It is okay to grieve the loss of a Muse because they are important, and they are special, and they are sacred. They have become a part of us, a part of our personality, a part of our life, a part of our identity. An integral part of our journey, either creativity or spiritually.
And with that, we should express gratitude for having the opportunity to experience the Muse. Rest assured that there are other Muses that will be provided to you. We must be open to receive and be open to recognize them, for there is beauty and inspiration in all things if we are willing, and if we allow ourselves to notice.
